Natural Cure for Depression Silenced? | The Mind Unleashed: "By: Dr. Michelle Kmiec, Originally featured on Wake Up World | Depression affects over 25 million Americans a year. But did you know there is a highly effective natural treatment? Inositol – or Vitamin B8. INOSITOL DEFICIENCY LINKED TO DEPRESSION A 1995 study found amazing results treating depression with inositol. As reported in the American Journal of Psychiatry (Vol. 152, No. 5) “the overall improvement in scores on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale was significantly greater for inositol than for placebo at week 4. No changes were noted in hematology or in kidney or liver function… Inositol had a significant antidepressant effect in this study.”"

Tried Inositol. Does not work. Inositol is just a B vitamin. Ironic that she is a practitioner and wants to sell her services. Just because antidepressants are not safe does not mean that vitamins are or are effective. We simply do not know enough about depression to be able to treat it 100% effectively.

TJ Saggu
I tried it and it helped me within days for moderate depression and anxiety. Both anti-depressants AND Inositol may or may not work for people. It is not one or the other. It's trial and error and finding what works for you, in which dosage, etc.

CONCLUSION
With one in four adults experiencing depression during their lives, this article about a correlation between "Inositol" and depression caught our eye. [Thanks to Joe Holesworth, StratoBlogster]

Sorry that this post is just a teaser. We still would like to know how to beat depression.

mOoPig Site Review :: StratoBlogster

Blogger Joe Holesworth says: "... This is what makes the world go 'round. Not politics and corporations. This is what allows America to remain a respectable member of the world community and cultures. Not our military technology. These artists all happen to be Americans, and represent the idea of freedom of expression and soul. This music comes from a society of hope and enthusiasm; the last truly valid things we have to offer. This is what it's all about. (stratoblogster. 3 APR 2011. [HERE])..."

Nostratdumbass: Official DA-AFL-CIO Prognosticators Dei-vision Gang, Ltd

Retrieved by Pat Darnell

whoa yeah… hats off to the Strato “Cleric of the Relic” Blogster. “What will happen next, indeed; Damn sure to be brought on by those backdoor Spaniards again…”

I am thinking in skull and bones rhetoric now: Is Stratoblogster’s source the long awaited spiritual leader of the Dumbass Club? We have three generations of members right here in our clan; members since 1987.
Wow, how did we let that one slip by? I’m getting a chill all over…

I am thinking we will include a copy of Nostratdumbass… article [HERE]to the XXL Beef and Bean Burrito Boutique [Click HERE] for Prize winning journalism, posterity, and to be included in a time capsule with some frijoles negros interred in Salt Lake City tomorrow during Barry’s Big Day Inaugural Bash\ NW Region. The event is the kick off for ground-breaking on the new Salt Lake City landfill.

Also included in the time capsule should be a “Distresscalade ($200K), CRT Monitor,” and red front doors, and of course Amy Winehouse’s dental xray’s.

Pithy quatrains are planned, and will be spoken by family members of polygamous relations as the rather large capsule is lowered into the ground. As a matter of fact, it might not all get done by tomorrow, depending on FedEx Sameday deliveries by 10AM tomorrow, and night shift back hoe crews working over time tonight to enlarge the tomb. *[did anyone check on that Randy Newman song? is it finished?]

Hygiene means good Tone, ya Canook !!

JP Stratoblogster says: [On Playing Guitar for Folks]
"Recent comments at my Play-Be in Tune post reminded me about the importance of good hygiene.

"Here's our "guitar-mom" to tell ya all about it:

"You wanna keep those strings wiped off when you're done playing. Get the undersides of 'em too. Keep an old t-shirt with your guitar-- like those old campaign t's. No guitar should be rode hard and put away wet! Especially in Alaska! [SOURCE]"

Dreadful Descriptions at this blog site:
Looking over Peter Beste’s website portfolio, it’s easy to see that he’s interested in subculture(s), in marginalization. As subjects are studied, recognition is realized in the bifurcation of regional signs: Rural tables topped with brown food, resting arms topped with India-inked self-tatts, palms and fingers and wrists grimed and greased, begging for a lather of Lava soap. There are common threads stitched throughout Beste’s work, and they’re meant to be pulled. (Stewart Voegtlin; Peter Beste Interview, retrieved excerpt/photo HERE)

MooPig has a queer "Link Lifter Department," that honestly no one around knows what they do... but this yellow copy from L.L. just floated on a cool breeze into my In-Box, so I did some reading.

This might interest all of you who qwest for Tone Supremacy. As usual:

Protocol states employees must wash hands before returning to work...

JP Stratoblogster continues:
"You don't wanna debate me about that one.

"A helpful hint to gear merchants out there: Provide anti-bacterial moist towelettes for your customers and your own class establishment mojo! Which also reminds me -- if you're gonna eat BBQ before a gig, don't go to a Tony Roma's just for their nice moist towelettes. Sure, they're nice alrighty, but the ribs suck! Go to a place with decent BBQ, bring the bar of Lava and later, when you're playing it clean, you can thank me and yourself!

It's the little things folks-- and hygiene is a gosh darn important one too."
