The Emergency Unemployment Compensation was due to run out in January in North Carolina. Instead the Governor ended it this month, to "ease the burden on businesses." As in all cases political, two out of three questions are ignored: 1) Is it legal ... 2) Is it the right thing to do? ... 3) Who benefits from this? Follow the money.

Lots of friends and relatives are going about their regular lives, spending their days pretty much as usual. Births, deaths, and sickness, and weather, provides all the drama needed in daily walk about's.

But do I really want to miss a day in the count down to "who knows what" about to happen, or not happen, as in "hasn't it already happened" dozens of times before -- for millennia?

Heck, sure is quiet when you stop to think about flowers, icy, cold, mornings, and stars.

In aftermath, following the 2012 Elections, we look at the guys who say "I never get into politics." Those are the guys and gals who actually do the most harm with their own special flawed personal politics... they think they act outside some box, while in fact they are the most deluded within the boxes.

You know who I am talking about. Business men always try to seem impartial, and neutral while doing business in public, but if you get into their heads, they are different. Yes, they display all sorts of neurosis, prejudices, delusions, and worst of all bigotry.

When I see an Internet posting like this youTube, I get the creepy feeling that I am witnessing the worst of flawed politics. If there were facts involved I could make a better distinction, but it looks as if both sides of this argument are bombastic cowards.

This is the first time I heard the term Ziocracy... with all the zio-media, zio-Fed, and so on. Remember, in that Tom Berenger movie, Betrayed, the main character was fighting ZOG... Zionist Occupied Government. That was from 1988, when all the shit hit the fan about the oil supplies.

Boom bust cycles in the USA economy were most felt in 1973, and 1984. In Japan, though they began their endless recession at that time... and are probably in denial about their full blown depression for the last 25 years.

Back then we tried to put in rules that would soften the bust cycles in the future... But has it? I say the countries that are totally dependent on imported energy are the boondoggles. Those allies are the ones yanking our chain. They whine about being without resources, and are hit on every purchase of material they have to import: everything from wood to make pallets to oil to make energy.

The USA has had its share of natural disasters. Over there, the Japanese have failed due to natural disasters' making a soup of its Nuclear facility. The only thing saving the Nipponese is their abilities to do with very little, and get by. Austerity is part of their 'low tech' defense system -- austerity that Americans could never adapt to.

"I create nothing; I own it..." says the blogRadio intro. So if our shadow government is Ziocracy, Chinese-ocracy, Bank Cartel-ocracy, Fascist Organized,  ... whatever ... our best hope for future truth is still the Internet.

LZ (landing zone) X-ray.


Your unit is outnumbered 8-1 and the enemy fire is so intense, from 100 yards away, that your CO (commanding officer) has ordered the MedEvac helicopters to stop coming in.

You're lying there, listening to the enemy machine guns and you know you're not getting out.

Your family is half way around the world, 12,000 miles away, and you'll never see them again.

As the world starts to fade in and out, you know this is the day.


Then - over the machine gun noise - you faintly hear that sound of a helicopter.

You look up to see a Huey coming in. But ... It doesn't seem real because no MedEvac markings are on it.

Captain Ed Freeman is coming in for you.

He's not MedEvac so it's not his job, but he heard the radio call and decided he's flying his Huey down into the machine gun fire anyway.

Even after the MedEvacs were ordered not to come. He's coming anyway.


And he drops it in and sits there in the machine gun fire, as they load 3 of you at a time on board.

Then he flies you up and out through the gunfire to the doctors and nurses and safety.

And, he kept coming back!! 13 more times!!
Until all the wounded were out. No one knew until the mission was over that the Captain had been hit 4 times in the legs and left arm.

He took 29 of you and your buddies out that day. Some would not have made it without the Captain and his Huey.

Not my last Fish Story
A guy who lives on Lake Conroe, which is about 50 miles north of downtown Houston, saw a ball bouncing around out in the lake. The object moved kind of strange in the lake, so our guy went to investigate. He rowed out to find a fish attached to a red sphere.

It turns out to be a Flathead Catfish, bottom-sucker corn cob pipe smokin' mudcat, who had tried to suck down a toy basketball. Truth is we don't really know what that crazy cat fish was doing with the toy ball. But, the troubled cat fish appeared exhausted trying to dive; unable to, because the ball always brought it head-first back to the surface.

Our guy tried many times to pull the ball out. He was unsuccessful, until finally he and his wife cut the ball in order to deflate it. That released the big fella'..

By this time a fancy bass boat arrived on the scene. A lady named Sadie was holding a digital video camera with a microphone built in.
When interviewed, the Catfish who prefers to remain anonymous, was asked why "He came up from the bottom to the surface to eat the toy basketball."

"I was in a mood to explore outside of the box," Catfish replied. "You know I'm not getting any younger. It's no secret I'm known as Grandaddy in these parts."

"Oh, so you are the one," said Sadie Hopkins, cub reporter for the Cornrow Times. Sadie is a distant niece of Phelps 'Catfish' Collins.

"You don't look so old. That was quite a suction you had on that ball."

"Well, thank you my dear -- but my eyesight isn't what it were back in 1955. So, I am supposing, I thought 'that toy was the under-belly of some drake who needed to get some barnacles off his feathers,'" said the tired, hungry Granddady Catfish. "By the way, I wanted to thank that masked man for helping me out. Who is he?"

"Why, that is the Lone Angler, Roy Blogers, and his estranged wife, Dale Evans," replied Sadie.

"Why did he shout, 'Dale this will go viral'?" asked Grandaddy.

Mean while Grandaddy Catfish got a little closer to Sadie in her boat. Brad Pitt gives Katrina update at Clinton meeting

NEW YORK (AP) -- The average electric bill for one of the energy-efficient homes built in New Orleans by Brad Pitt's Make It Right foundation is $35 a month, the actor said Thursday during an update on the project at the Clinton Global Initiative.

The cost of building the homes also is dropping. And by the time all 150 promised homes are completed, the cost will be comparable to standard buildings, Pitt said.

"I don't know how we build any other way anywhere else," he said. "We can no longer tell ourselves that implementing this technology is too complex a problem because it's just been proven on this little spot on the map."

Pitt started the foundation in 2007. The program focuses home construction in a section of New Orleans heavily damaged when Hurricane Katrina struck in August 2005. The homes are being built with features including rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient appliances to help reduce electricity consumption.

The Clinton Global Initiative, an annual event started by former President Bill Clinton, brings together the public and private sector to discuss solutions to problems in four areas — climate change, poverty, global health and education.

At an afternoon panel discussing education, Queen Rania of Jordan said it was an evergreen subject in political campaigns but one that loses priority once politicians are in office because there often isn't any immediate political gain.

"The benefits of education sometimes don't fit in with the political cycle because you reap the benefits way down the line," she [Queen Rania of Jordan] said. "What we need to do is realize that sense of urgency when it comes to education, because education is a matter of life and death."

She [Queen Rania of Jordan] also emphasized the importance of the quality of education, saying that while educational enrollment was high in the Middle East, there hasn't been enough focus on teaching young people the skills to get them through life.

"Take young people who are opportunity starved, and there is political conflict around them, and that makes a very dangerous social mix. As you all know, what happens in the Middle East, does not stay in the Middle East," she [Queen Rania of Jordan] said. "Critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, those kinds of skills are extremely important to empower our young people."

Among those joining the queen on the panel was U.S. Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, who referred to her own history as the first in her family to go to college in talking about the need for both government and private investment in expanding educational opportunities.

"I was the first one to go to college and it wasn't because my parents could afford it, it was because we have the Pell grant program, we have programs that help to provide assistance," Solis said. "Those programs work and it's a good investment in our young people."

Attendees at the
Clinton Global Initiative are expected to commit to steps they will take to work on global problems. Those who don't follow through on their commitments won't be allowed to return to subsequent events.
