Parley with us a while. Ray Kurzweil was pointed out to us six years ago by Pribek dot nation. There is no such thing as a prophet some might say, and others would point to Kurzweil, Futurist. I am convinced and for good reason, that Ray Kurzweil wields that honor today of prophet, especially in AI, Artificial Intelligence.

Think about it. We are saving bits of data that are essentially repugnant doody parts of conversations from faecesBook, comments on forked-tongue articles, and immeasurable other social networking cacophony. But there is a limit to amount of data that can be transmitted over a fiber optic cable. Yes there is, a limit up to four terabytes of data per second, after which there is dissonance on the line.

We are reaching our limits in communications. Think of a Berkeley professor who teaches communications today. Yes a liberal college, but does he teach anything other than ethics? What if there comes a time when every person on earth, all 7 billion, at one time all have the same thought, have the same song on our lips, all like the same color? It would be the hour of obliteration.

However, if you want to continue marching to the beats of different drummers in your own life, then you better steer clear of hybridizing technologies. Otherwise you could become rather uncomfortable non-participant in the hive of a New World Order.

VW China sales hit record in 2010

Shanghai - German automaker Volkswagen said its sales in China, the world's biggest vehicle market, soared 37 percent year-on-year in 2010 to an annual record of more than 1.9 million cars.

In a statement on Friday Volkswagen Group China said it would invest 10.6 billion euros ($13.7 billion) from 2011 to 2015 to maintain and reinforce its position in the country.

“In 2010, growth in the Chinese automobile market has exceeded everyone's expectations”, Karl-Thomas Neumann, president and chief executive of Volkswagen Group China said.

Although found guilty by the Italian Justice Court Judges and Jurors, the USA Student's name Amanda Knox, and the young woman's parents, have mounted a "Public Relations Campaign" for their daughter. PERUGIA, Italy - American college student Amanda Knox was found guilty of murdering her British roommate and sentenced to 26 years in prison early Saturday after a year-long trial that gripped Italy and drew intense media attention.

Minutes later, the 22-year-old Knox, who is from Seattle and the 25-year-old Sollecito, were put in police vans with sirens blaring and driven back to jail.

Prosecutors had sought life imprisonment, Italy’s stiffest sentence. Courts often give less severe punishment than what prosecutors demand.

The American’s father, Curt Knox, asked if he would fight on for his daughter, replied, with tears in his eyes: “Hell, yes.”

Her Italian ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito was also convicted and sentenced to 25 years. They were also convicted of sexual assault in the 2007 murder of Meredith Kercher, a 21-year-old student from England.
