Thank you for sharing the joy with us.
We are very proud to know a painter who
has fame in his own time! What an
interesting combination of radical
conservative, athletic bookworm, deeply
spiritual hell-raiser, lettered
laborer, He-Man softy, Texan Italian.
We luz' you just as you is an' ain't
And when you paint,
...We luz' you ee'n better.

Wow!!! I’m very impressed. That first one should have won a ribbon or two (looks like palette knife technique). Also loved the frames on the last two! That last one was very “Nall-ish”…except yours is likeable. (Nall grew up about 8 miles from my childhood home and the folks around here think he’s the used-car-salesman of the art world). As someone who can’t draw one stick figure behind another, I’d have to say the 2nd is my favorite, though….‘cause what you’re doing with depth is so darned difficult AND I just like it. Thanks for sharing, you are an amazing person!

As it is, you have a thread joining that syncopathic mind with that dextrorotatoric hand, causing your paintings to bank like a butterfly in the coastal wind. Color flashes me here, then shadows. Quick strokes, rapid recoveries. Overall satisfaction with the image of colors, bright... stark. Light from a source, The Source. Second only to yourself, Primero. (d2r2)

You are all too kind, I think, and you all display vast knowledge of things. I thank you for lavish praise and accept your encouragements.
