Barnes and Noble, which bought Sterling for about $115 million in 2003, is focusing on technology including its Nook e-reading devices and tablet, the story said. (Reuters -- you've been framed)
With the ease of a phenomena of self-published murder, Barnes and Ignoble has admitted to book-icide for all of us lost boys of books !! Peter Pan will fly no more. A whole subset of children will now skip "text books." Summons of a push poke technology obliterates entire warehouses of paper.
I get an upset stomach when I go into a bookstore now... where are the books all going? Digital formatted and, well, reasonably priced ... a sort of technological fratricide, killing of a technology that brought it here.
