MooPig Opinions and Editorials Department :: " Middle School and Guns"

It's all a Set Up
By Patrick Darnell  |  Oct 24, 2013  |  Bryan TX

Comment:
... You take a child out of a nurturing elementary environ, force them into a factory setting, [middle school] while the child is going through puberty and trying to manage strong hormonal injections of estrogen and testosterone, while girls are starting their periods, and older kids and teachers are there like predators who pounce rather than nurture... it is no wonder that adolescents are psychotic, by definition they are so. Then make guns available from dad's collection, and bullets to boot... psychosis plus lots of guns equals disaster.

I have a suggestion: turn all the middle schools into farms. Introduce all middle schoolers to the wonder of animal husbandry and growing things.

[Picture LINK]

Students learn math by studying hens laying eggs, and chemistry by milking cows, and about themselves while watching animals in cohabitation, and receive a liberal arts education watching animals reproduce.

Screw all the lawyers with there new-fangled CORE programmed learning, and STAR tests, and bullshit. Teachers today are referred to as "Facilitators." This is a crime against humanity.

Put America back in the agrarian state it belongs in. Put some backbone in our kids, instead of insidious, malfunctioning, brain drama.

I have spoke!

MooPig Cage Match #42 :: Farmers vs Golfers

Till the Soil
Touted by Dave Darnell  |  Apr 15, 2013  |  Bryan TX

Farmers

--Vs--

Golfers

BACK STORY

Roam over large fields, beat at the ground with long sticks, plant a seed, farmer's tan on sleeves and brow: while the modern game of golf originated in 15th century Scotland, the game's ancient origins are unclear and much debated. Some historians cite chuiwan ("chui" means striking and "wan" means small ball) as the progenitor, a Chinese game played between the eighth and 14th centuries.

A Ming Dynasty scroll dating back to 1368 entitled "The Autumn Banquet" shows a member of the Chinese Imperial court swinging what appears to be a golf club at a small ball with the aim of sinking it into a hole. The game is thought to have been introduced into Europe during the Middle Ages. (LINK)

Chui wan (strike pellet), one of the colorful ball games in ancient China , is believed to be the origin of golf, a modern outdoor game. The club, ball, course and rules of cui wan were almost the same as those of the modern golf. In Europe, the game of golf was first seen in paintings of the 14th and 15th centuries, but that was several hundred years after the Chinese games of chui wan. (Kaleidoscope. no date. HERE)

Like most things that become fashionable, a monarch observes some peasants out in a field doing something and presto the politicians in court copy them. This "pellet" hitting with "sticks" game could have its origins in something peasants were doing while farming.

WHILST' IN AMERICA

Jim Healey, July 2003 | Golf Club Atlas: EXCERPT | " ... In late 1894, following the construction of America’s first and oldest eighteen-hole golf course, Chicago GC, Charles Blair Macdonald wrote to Robert to come to America for the position of golf professional at his new course.

" ... Macdonald and the Foulis’ had met when he was a student at St. Andrews University, where Macdonald lived with his grandfather, and had obviously thought highly of their skills. Robert, who was still under contract to Ranfurly, would not think of breaking his commitment to them, so in his place he recommended his older brother Jim.

" ... Jim had learned his golf from Old Tom as well, and had also worked for Forgan aand Company. An excellent player, he and Robert had had many great matches over the Old Course. Arriving in this country aboard the SS Umbria out of Liverpool on March 11, 1895, it wouldn’t take long for the 24-year old to quickly make his mark. Jim immediately traveled to Chicago where he became the first golf professional at Chicago GC, and the first golf professional in the western United States. (Feature Interview with Jim Healey. July 2003. HERE) ... ""

Moopig's Home Schooling Department :: "Scandinavian Designs"

MooPig thinks the best school atmosphere for children would be a working farm. Put the children on farms and they learn liberal arts the old fashioned, American, way... farming. Hey, it's not just the American way either.... world wide in the Global South we all need skills for farming.
[Picture LINK]

That's one idea, but there is no reason why the farmhouse can't look like this Swedish rendition of middle school:

Is Sweden's Classroom-Free School the Future of Learning? - Education - GOOD:

EXCERPT  |  "... Jannie Jeppesen, the principal of Vittra Telefonplan writes on the school's website that the design is intended to stimulate "children's curiosity and creativity" and offer them opportunities for both collaborative and independent time. Vittra doesn't award traditional grades, either—students are taught in groups according to level—so maximizing diverse teaching and learning situations is a priority. ( January 20, 2012.) ... "

NWO is a kind of Queer Idea :: Get Your Cognitive Dissonance on

Yes, One time Offer, then we turn it over to the Chinese
By Pat Darnell and the Whole Farm

Essentially the outcomes of this article are due USA giving away the whole farm...

Reviewing Hal Lindsay Report 10.23.09   [SOURCE]
Multi-tasking, or just plain winging it. We are most the time winging it. You know, setting goals too high, and performing substandard. Tragically our blundering makes us drop trillions of tons of goo on delicate arctic animals; and it all gets televised. Who will clean it all up?

What are some offerings we can put out for our MooPigsters? Well, we thought deep, and we concentrated hard, on wellsprings of congnitive stimulae .... only to fail because there was too much confusion and and we were distracted by the caucophony emitting from our barnyard. Is the subject(s) too deep ??

Many friends of MooPigsters are meditative, thoughtful, and hardest working som' bi'ches on the face of the planet; that is, our readers work half as hard as their moms and daddies did, but twice as hard as everyone else. Yes, you. (see: also Alex Jones' Prison Planet dot com)

Heart Trouble: The most important walk is not to walk in rules, but to walk in location; location: as in "where is the heart?" Avoid love for our cosmetic world, rather love with all one's heart, as in giving, as wanting, as in serving the Lord God Father. Yes a wee bit of preaching always helps... especially where the Farm is concerned.

Church, Nation, World: [Matthew 6: 24-26] Notify the Church, Nation and World of the wisdom you receive in your walk, in your sleep, and in your days. That means give lovingly, with your whole heart, with clarity and with charity, to our next generations.

No Man can serve two Masters: In December Obama [might have signed] a World Order Government Treaty that will send the USA in a downward spiral.

Do you idolize Barry Obama? Do you think Alien Gore and Willie Clinton have any desire to serve in only one hemisphere of the planet, when they could see their lame selves ruler of a New World Order organized under absurd Global Protection Treaty's???

"OUCH!!" Says the barnyard; who blame them-selves for all the carbon they have emitted over their lifetimes. "We are Guilty !!!"

"No you're not," I say. "Do not whimper like that; because you think you have something to do with the cosmo world's condition."

Guilt is a desperate and all consuming taskmaster. It uses its sidekick Blame to enforce its goals. Goals for guilt are ... hmmmm ... slovenly slacking, emo-babbling, frozen assets, and blaming someone else for all His troubles.

Yes, almost every USA citizen who votes today believes in cognitive dissonance. [Please, MooPig curmudgeons, listen to Hal Lindsay's Report now] Hal is a brave man, and I admire him for his endurance.

I am guilty of trying to serve two masters -- dissonance worship in practice, yes, I admit. It is my own downlow attitudes that I bring forward from the sixties that confuses my children and wife today.

No doubt in my mind; I could have done without the backward-forward slant of a skewed ideology that sells products, but supplies no edifications.

Architecture Responds the only way it Knows; "Duh?"

Remembering the portrait in his ready room, Picard turned to the front screen and commanded: "Make it so."

Dr. Despommier’s pet project is the “vertical farm,” a concept he created in 1999 with graduate students in his class on medical ecology, the study of how the environment and human health interact.

The idea, which has captured the imagination of several architects in the United States and Europe in the past several years, just caught the eye of another big city dreamer: Scott M. Stringer, the Manhattan borough president. [read the New York Times Science Article Here]

When Mr. Stringer heard about the concept in June, he said he immediately pictured a “food farm” addition to the New York City skyline. “Obviously we don’t have vast amounts of vacant land,” he said in a phone interview. “But the sky is the limit in Manhattan.” Mr. Stringer’s office is “sketching out what it would take to pilot a vertical farm,” and plans to pitch a feasibility study to the mayor’s office within the next couple of months, he said.

“I think we can really do this,” he added. “We could get the funding.”
