Survivors UPDATE: “I just said, ‘Kick Andy! Kick! Swim! We’ve got our children to look forward to!’ And I just pushed and pushed, and eventually I just saw the boat coming down and said 'We’ve got to clear this or we’re going to drown,' ” he recalled.
They eventually made it to solid ground and climbed on some rocks.
“I didn’t have the strength anymore. I was tired from the swimming. The swim to the shore was about 80 to 100 metres, I would estimate it at,” he said. “I know looking back now with the ship lying there it looks like it was just a walk to this, but believe me it wasn’t.”
The couple finally reached the top of the rocks. They sat and turned to watch the ship.
“It just rested, and that’s where it stopped,” said Davis. (CBC News. Jan 15, 2012. LINK)

Blurred groin, on the scanner, is so different than a sharp groin... Dave Barry had a blurred groin.

Another man was thrown out of San Diego Airport. They take you in this little room, and put on blue gloves. The agent tells you how he is going to "grope" you.

"I will use my front hand on some areas and my backhand on other places."

Might someone want to be groped, and put some metal foil in one's underwear? It isn't so far fetched.

The miners are trapped in a hostile place from which they are powerless to escape. They are going to die. They are spearated from all source of life, except a few little air and food passages that remind them that there IS something better and more alive than where they are.
They need to be rescued.
Then, people that could have easily plugged the holes and said, "too bad" didn't. They went to incredible expense and effort, out of compassion and nothing else, to find a way to save these people, ......one by one.
One by one. Individually they were rescued. That long ride up must have given each one an incredibly special time to reflect on the difference between dependency and freedom, or maybe the way the two are interelated.
Superstars! Indeed, they should feel like superstars - that someone cared enough about them means they are valuable. Was it their own efforts or gifts or good looks that got them out? They could never pretend that it was.

Will they remember?

Unfortunately, they have just arisen to another, bigger mine hole. And their condition is just as desperate, in an eternal sense.
Wait............ do you hear a drilling sound?........................
