Q2 - how much of these arab's land was also taken by Jordan and Syria when the land grab was over, and how many were displaced by these fellow-muslim countries? ( I know that Jordan killed thousands of them before the dust settled...)

To know answers to your Mid-East questions MooPig would have to know something about that region -- but all MooPig knows about is the Middle of the USA, like the Mid-West ... We are a "Middle" sort of entity.
