P.D., I looked at the posts in this order; this one first-then the junk-then the lighthouse. As, I gazed at the first two; my initial reaction was-ahh...he is rebelling against his draftsman's sensibilities. And, I mean that in a good way because you seem to be able to capture the movement in stationary objects which, I might guess is helpful in putting forth some spirit, yes?
Anyway, I found it intriguing that you start with a much more "draftsman" type of sketch. This, by the way, is not a very different approach than what I witnessed my Mother using thousands of times as a wee lad.
I am not well versed in the ways of analyzing artwork but, I have spent a lot of time around it and I like what I like.
I like what you're doing and look forward to seeing more.
