People want to figure it out for themselves. That is the reason for Blogs.
Everywhere one goes there is mysteries. People encounter mind benders at every interval of life. No kidding. If the mind were left unattended by reason and logic, ahem, it would go from stimulus to stimulus unguarded. Much like a puppy acts, people would let their noses lead them to every new smell.
In as much as people are not puppies, bloggers are not just anyone with enough time or narcissism to document every tedious bit of minutia filling their uneventful lives. Bloggers are first, good typists, then, people with too much time.
And now you want to be a blogger. Let's start then with "brand ambassadorships." Yes you heard it right here; "brand ambassadorships." No matter what you publish in your blog, you are now a maker of brands. You know that you can copy\ past nearly everything on the Internet... as long as you cite the sources, you might get away with using other blogger's stuff.
"Brand Ambassadorships" fulfill, but do not exceed anyone's ability to "copy and paste."
In the long run, you and your blog will probably suffer "some attacks and cease and desist" bombardments. You will survive though. There is no right and wrong up in here. Believe me if you are seeing the same stuff over and over for ten years, that is the stuff that is working on the Internet. So, copy it, for the love of God.
No matter how slimy, or, blocked, your stuff is, it has a market. And once you put yours out there, you have the makings of a patent. And your patent will some how become a brand. Then others will take up your standard and become "brand ambassadors" of yours.
Remember where you were on 9\11, and what you were doing? Well, if you don't then you are probably Taiwanese and were asleep at the time in Taiwan ... but that event scored a "large Internet number" for the sake of the technology that brings the Internet to us.
"Large Internet Numbers" are what we blog for, ultimately. One good friend says he gets 20,000 unique hits on his blog daily. Now, that is a "Large Internet Number." At social network sites, like faceBook, a celebrity, like Vin Diesel, will receive 35,423 LIKES after he says in his STATUS that "he just ate a sandwich." NOTE: You and I will have to work harder to get LIKES on our STATUS Updates.
"Large Internet Numbers." After the 9\11 debacle, people ran to and fro, listened to appeals, tried to sort out the information being fed to them, and what not, just plain tried to figure it out for themselves. The scenes of destruction from 9\11 imprinted all the minds of Americans who own televisions. And the Internet exploded with snippets of information, which, by the way, has grown to a very large Internet presence today in 2012.
In the aftermath 9\11 events remained imprinted on peoples' minds. No one was willing to just pass it off as a meaningless act. Some sorting out of the events needed to be done nationwide, so the imprints would go away, thus the best use for blogs. Dissipation of information from first source to all source points future.
Therefore, would be Blogger, remember no technical know-how is required to start. You just need to be a thinking human being who wants to figure out stuff for yourself. The rest will follow.
And you will enjoy your new self awareness.

True... Society has developed a venomous rage towards ALL men. Men are depicted as batters, child molesters, sexual predators, dead beat dads..etc.. Women can have any man arrested on just an allegation. The family court laws are all slanted in favor of women who can divorce a man and take everything he has.. His house, kids, and slap him with 18 years of child support, medical support and alimony.. Just because of no fault divorce she can divorce him for ANY reason under the sun.. If she make an allegation of abuse he is out of his home and on the streets with a restraining order against him. No proof needed.
This is just the tip of the iceberg...

I would like to make one more comment about child support..
DO NOT THINK IT CAN BE MODIFIED EASILY!
If you are making 900 a month payments and lose your job and you can't make the 900 a month payments it IS NOT EASY to get a downward modification. It is NOT automatic!
You have to goto back to court for that and that can cost thousands of dollars like 10,000 in attorney fees. And if your ex lives out of state and you file for a downward modification she can have her attorney file a change of venue and have the case moved to her state which costs even more to deal with. So the guy in this situation is in trouble.. Also, just because you goto court and "ask" for a downward modification doesn't mean you will be granted one.
Losing your job, or getting sick, etc is no excuse not to pay child support even if you can't financially do so. Cruel and unfair huh?

This is my list of the positive and negative aspects of feminism and the MRM. I vow to look very closely at feminism to find some good in it.
POSITIVE ASPECTS OF FEMINISM:
1.It encouraged women to assert themselves and pursue their goals and dreams.
2.It gave women a place to air their grievances.
3.It taught women to demand respect from everyone.
POSITIVE ASPECTS OF THE MRM:
1.It gives men an outlet for their frustrations which in the long run prevents men from going postal.
2.It seeks to tell the truth and expose feminist lies.
3.It encourages men to be real men and good fathers.
4.It promotes the well being of the entire family and not just men.
5.It gives men hope that they'll never get from society and the MSM.
6.It seeks to expose bogus feminist lies and myths.
7.It promotes civilized behavior for the most part.
8.It teaches men to protect themselves from predatory females.
9.It proposes to teach boys to be traditional boys and girls to be traditional girls.
10.It seeks to overturn unjust feminist laws that are harmful to everyone.
11.It welcomes dissension and agrees to disagree.
12.It has a built in obsolescence factor: Once our goals are accomplished we will get on with our lives and membership will shrink.
13.It seeks equal protection under the law for everyone.
14.Most MRAs are honest.
15.It is accepting of mothers and traditional women and respects their lifestyle choices.
16.I believe most MRAs are patriotic and look out for the well being of the nation.
17.It promotes harmony between the sexes.
18.It believes in freedom of speech.
19.It welcomes people from both sexes and all walks of life.
20.MRAs are bringing about positive change.
21.The MRM fights for the rights of men.
NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF FEMINISM:
1.It promotes promiscuity.
2.It encourages irresponsible behavior and unaccountability.
3.It is led by narcissists who feel that women are always good and men are always bad.
4.They manufacture "statistics" that aim to demonize men.
5.It causes women to hate men and boys.
6.It seeks to destroy family, marriage and men.
7.It pushes for cruel and unjust laws.
8.It hopes to turn everyone into robots who toe the feminist line.
9.Feminists are well adept at shaming tactics that are designed to shut down debate and thereby win arguments.
10.Feminists are in denial and will vehemently oppose anyone who asserts that sometimes women can do wrong.
11.Abortion is a feminist rallying cry and part and parcel of the movement.
12.Feminists are extremely unfeeling and summarily dismisses the very real suffering of men and children.
13.Feminists are deluded and believe they can create a feminist utopia.
14.It promotes lesbianism.
15.Battered women's shelters do not protect women, harms men and is a front for dubious feminist activities.
16.Feminists are socialists who buy into taxation without representation vis a vis men.
17.Feminism promotes an entitlement complex for women.
18.Feminists are greedy and cook up bogus statistics to receive government grants.
19.It promotes single motherhood.
20.Feminists are intellectually dishonest.
21.Feminists seeks to turn men into women and vice versa.
22.Feminists seek to destroy and/or infiltrate ALL male bastions while fighting to maintain their all girl clubs.
23.Feminists are trying to strip men of all the power they worked for and enslave them.
24.Feminists are bent on revenge that has no basis in reality.
25.Feminists are behind the recent rape hysteria.
26.Feminists can't decide whether they are strong and confident or weak and persecuted.
27.Feminists set women up for unhappiness by encouraging them to strive for unrealistic and impossible to reach goals.
28.Feminists purport to represent all women but didn't bother to ask for input from wives, mothers and other traditional women.
29.Feminists are totalitarians who shove their ideology down every available throat.
30.Feminists promote snobbery by insisting that for a woman to be successful she has to be a rocket scientist or a brain surgeon. They hold working class women in contempt.
31.Feminists are hypocrites who vilify men for being sexist when they are the biggest group of sexists in history.
32.Feminism promotes lawlessness and respects no authority.
33.Feminism has destroyed millions of lives, especially men and boys'.
34.It pushed women into the workforce thereby causing inflation, lower wages and the attendant headaches.
35.Feminism produces dysfunctional and unhappy men, women and children.
36.Feminism causes birthrates to plummet and makes the future of any nation doubtful at best.
37.Feminism promotes big and intrusive government.
38.Feminists have revised history in the textbooks and turned the truth into a pack of lies.
39.Feminists have turned our universities into armed camps of man hating fembots who are poisoned by women's studies clases.
40.Feminists issues discounts to female criminals and other women who behave badly.
NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF THE MRM:
1.It attracts a small group of misogynists and other extremists.
2.Too many of the MRAs are still chivalrous and naive. and are thereby rendered ineffective.
3.A number of MRAs are so fearful of the consequences of putting feminists in their place that they walk around on egg shells.
4.Too many MRAs fail to realize that we are in a war and that means we are to fight to the death, metaphorically speaking.
5.A great number of MRAs are too stuck on PR. They feel that if you reason with feminists that they will see the light and play fair. They are too concerned about presenting a "positive" image to the public.

Thank you Jorge and Lormarie -- "This is just the tip of the iceberg..." and if it is then there is a Titannic ship approaching it at high speed; with a premeditated cover-up plan to conceal the content of its hold if it sinks... you can bet your next tank of gas on it.
In my experience as Dad, Step-dad, non-custodial Spouse, remarried to remarrying single mother, father to six in blended family, Uncle, and future Grandad, I have this to say: Open yourselves to the future.
As you put labels on each other, consider the 85 year old [man or woman] just coming out of a code blue resuscitation... her/his whole family is filling up the whole corridor.
What advice is your elder going to give to all of those family members, having just died and come back under three minutes.. hopefully, and has his/her faculties still about them? Will this aged experience say to you, "Keep doing what you're doing... you will not end up here as I am today."
I don't think she will say that. She might voice some regrets, that hit home, and are contrary to what is being said in here.
If you want to see the future, I strongly suggest you visit a Nursing Home in your neighborhood. The visiting hours are generally 8AM to 8PM everyday. I have never been detained on entry to any Nursing Home.
Barack is a hoot. He is teaching family values from a dysfunctional family experience. It should prove interesting where he goes from here. He already disowned his pastor who stood by him, Barack, during his adolescence.. no? Back track Barack?
That video of the sermon is already gone from the entire internet. It was gone only hours after Glenn posted the link. Barack is a hit and run artist just like all natural born liars. That was a remarkable premeditated cover up on our "freedom-to-review" his, Barack's, performance in the pulpit.
I hope you find the truth in this anguished argument. At the moment it looks like you are pushing over semantics... Soon we should begin to realize this is your and my hour to shine. This is our golden years...

I am now going to post in all caps not because I am yelling, but because I want to make myself clear. I CANNOT LIST ANY POSITIVES OF FEMINISM BECAUSE I AM NOT A FEMINIST. IN FACT, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE FEMINIST MOVEMENT HAS HELPED WOMEN OR MEN. I HAVE POSTED ON A FEW FEMINIST BLOGS EXPLAINING WHY I REJECT THEIR MOVEMENT. MRA TYPES TEND TO ATTACH THE FEMINIST LABEL TO ANY WOMAN WHO CHALLENGES THEM. @ Thugshock-- Am I crazy or carazy or are you just an angry black man. As for your stereotypes, let me remind you that your female counterparts are advancing beyond you and black males in general. Other minority groups (including black immigrant men and women) are advancing in this society. Instead of blaming others for your problems, listen, learn and then do.
@ Celia-- you created two post that did not refute my claim but only showed that you respond emotionally instead of sensibly. You stated that you think all men are treated like criminals in this society. Thinking something is not good enough especially when you say something that cannot be proven. A more sensible response that you could have made is that men sometimes get a raw deal. That can be proven, your assertion cannot. Feel free to try again.

Okay, I'll admit some of us (including me) made the mistake of assuming you are a feminist.
But on your own blog you make a few false assumptions too, such as "Lastly, Mr. Sacks claims to be a conservative but sounds like a liberal on this one. Liberals/leftists often encourage a victim mentality in blacks."
I don't believe that Glenn has ever claimed to be a conservative. On many issues, he clearly isn't.
Having had a quick look at your blog, we may have misjudged slightly where you are coming from here. But it was in response to some fairly inflammatory comments.

Perhaps, but honestly I am not one to give someone a pass to vent their anger on the innocent simply because something is causing their angst. That isn't directed to anyone specific person, but in general.

This may surprise you, but I agree with all that you have stated. The problem I have with MRA types and feminists is that they are alienating those who may be sympathetic to their plight. I also cannot sympathize with groups or individual who looks passed their own faults while placing all of the blame on others. It is my humble opinion that men AND women get a raw deal in our society. Sometimes men get the short end of the stick in favor of women. It is also true that women at times get the short end of the stick in favor of men. Thus, I cannot become a feminist nor can I support MRA's because both tend to ignore the faults of their respective genders.
I know that my original post seemed a bit angry and to be honest I wanted it that way. I have been posting on a few MRA blogs for a while now and I notice that there is a huge pink elephant on each of them. You've got white and black men posting their angry rants but ignoring the racial strife that can be much worse than anti-male bias. Case in point, there is a popular British MRA blog that is linked to by a couple of black MRA's. Lo and Behold this Brit MRA is an admitted supporter of the British National Party which is racist in its goals. Yet and still, these black MRA's don't know about this and probably view him as a hero. That is partly what led to my post.
My question was never really answered, has the issue of racial strife between white men and black men been dealt with?

I can't answer one way or another about this un-named Brit MRA organization, but if it is the case I fell that it is an exception and not the rule regarding the MRA movement.
So you frequent MRA - Mens Rights Activists sites to uncover or unmask any hidden racist agenda a particular MRA organization may have?
Are we to assume that all MRA sites have some racist hidden agenda just under the surface? And the black members are just being duped?
