Michael Weinstein, whose Aids Healthcare Foundation led the successful 2012 campaign to require condoms in porn productions in Los Angeles County, expressed dismay at the new infection.

"I'm sad for the person involved," he said. "But I'm really sad for our community, that we're treating these people as utterly disposable."

Yeah, sure, the USA without porn is like the USA without toilet paper. 'Mareicans ... one of the most sexually repressed populations ever to live on earth ... would scream for their toilet paper, and porn, like crack babies. Face it, HIV hasn't killed enough people for 'Mareicans to care about fixing the problem.

"While we don't have evidence to suggest an on-set transmission as opposed to a transmission from non-industry (off-camera) related activity, we are taking every measure to determine the source and to protect the performer pool," the Free Speech Coalition said in a statement. Student faces porn charge over text message sent by classmate

Holy Cow, MooPig, did you read this one? I give my kids a cellular so they can have more control over their lives; when they are alone or stuck somewhere within a moment of teenage confusion. Don't you?

That is why the following strange Texas story is way beyond my comprehension... and not only reminds me of using a hand grenade to kill a fly, but might be the most ridiculous detention of a pre-pubescent I have ever heard of. If the story is true or false; if the child is a juvenile at risk; even when the pre-teen in the supposed text message has been sadly misrepresented; it is all moot now. In fact the whole story is ten generations behind real time.

Real time is about keeping up with technology. Professing change in the mechanics of life after 9/11, and saying stupid stuff in the debates about a change is coming has no mention of caging up 13-year olds in our Techno Barbaric Age, or does it?

Parents, I ask you in service industry based occupations, how do you really plan to govern if our schools have no idea how to go about maintaining order in the advent of wireless Internet Tech? And all the "change agents" running for president of US -- are you all keeping up with your Text Messages? And I ask the wise civil servants who jailed the boy... did you wake up today and realize you no longer have any control over any aspect of your policing action?

Hey, wait; okay -- I get it now!! Maybe it was supposed to be a picture representative of dependent children in families of this nation, and war zones, illustrating graphically how we are all losing our houses, livings and Yes! even the clothes off our kids' backs in the wake of the Bankers' Holiday Bailout Fiasco... Now it makes sense!

A 13-year-old boy was arrested and held in juvenile detention overnight because a female classmate sent him (and other boys) a naked picture of herself. The best line of the story--"So far only the 13-year-old boy has been arrested."

Beyond the prudery and overreaction, the most outrageous thing about the story is that this boy and only this boy is being punished for something only the girl did. She sent the photo, he gets punished.

SANGER - A controversy has arisen out of Denton County involving a 13-year-old boy, a cell phone and a text message. That message has landed the middle schooler in juvenile detention on child pornography charges.

Text messaging has become part of our everyday lives.

But at Sanger Middle School, it has become a problem and in some cases, pornographic.

“He doesn’t know what a felony means. He doesn’t understand what pornography means,” said one parent.

She is a mother of a 13-year-old boy arrested Monday and suspended from school and spent the night in a juvenile detention center after an eighth grade female student texted him a naked picture of herself.
