This article caught my attention. When the physical nuclear power plants are built they are designed to be self-contained power plants, with lots of redundancy in its building parts. What they do when it is time to take the spent radioactive fuel rods out and put in new ones, is place the old rods in a pool of water to keep them cool. The spent rods go on heating for two to threes years after they are set in the spent fuel pool.

So the waste fuel rods are also self-contained in the power plant. Nuclear power plants were meant to operate for fifty years, and then be put off-line, and spent fuel to be maintained in cool climate of the pools until they could be safely removed and disposed of. Therefore nuclear power plants built in 1980's will have lived out their lives by 2030, unless they undergo catastrophic failure, as is the case in Fukushima, Japan.

CONCLUSION
Reactor #3 has started emitting steam. The building is too damaged, and too radioactive, for humans to go in there. Without visual inspection for leaks, the cause of the steam is speculated. If the steam is coming from the spent fuel pool, it is an area in the plant less fortified than the other parts of the structure/edifice.

We hold our breath as we wait and see... we hope that this is good information for anyone seeking truth about Fukushima, Japan nuclear disaster.

CONCLUSION
No fish, no turtles, no teaming gaggle of birds, no whales, no life... EQUALS... a dead Pacific Ocean. Every so often we at MooPig mourn the passing of a technology that has gone by the wayside due to modern, supply side driven technologies. Today, we mourn the passing of a very large technical part of the earth -- the Pacific Ocean. Today I suggest we make it rain on Syria. But no ... wait ... any climate manipulation usually causes violent weather in other parts of the world. At one time I did not realize this, and suggested we use climate manipulation as a weapon against our foes in wars all over the mideast. There is some rumors that the USA manipulated climate patterns and made it pour down rain on the VC Ho Chi Min Trail during Vietnam War.

If the USA did it before then there must be some information out there about climate manipulation. For instance, there is the gnawing feeling in my gut about clandestine operations of HAARP, a military-funded project called the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), located on remote tundra in Alaska, and other places around the world. "Conspiratorial Theories" of HAARP's purpose are all we plebeians have in this age of information. I watched Joe Rogan's Question Everything on SyFy channel, and it was described that when you focus radio waves into the earth, it can cause earthquakes.

But the only real way to know what is going on, we must observe nature -- "Environment" -- sightings of ailing wildlife warrants a declaration of an Unusual Mortality Event by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on December 20, 2011," the USGS stated.

An MSNBC article in April of 2012 reported that seals and polar bears were found to have “external maladies” that consisted of fur loss and open sores, obvious signs of radiation burns from the Fukushima meltdown, despite the conclusions of the article.  (Miguel Llanos, NBC News. We must remain skeptical when it comes to Internet information; I know doctors always cringe when I bring some topic up from my Web surfing. But seldom has a cataclysmic event ever been witnessed by Internet users and TV viewing people of the world, as the Japanese Earthquake-Tsunami-Nuclear Disaster. Agreed? It is really happening.

And folks of every walk in life know that radiation does not "go away." It lingers for thousands of years. German Scientists have calculated the dispersion of Cs-137 in the Pacific Ocean:



Radioactive debris from Fukushima, Kyodo, will full-on cover the western shores of the North American continent by 2015. Just two years from now we will get a full dose of radiation. Evidence is all around the Pacific Ocean.

SUMMARY
We have questions, but information is not focused enough to come up with answers. Is Fukushima Radiation Causing the Epidemic of Dead and Starving Sea Lions In California?

WHAT’S GOING ON WITH THE PACIFIC OCEAN FOOD CHAIN? Plankton, and the radiation they contain, moves right up the food chain through fish, whales, seals, etc., and when larger fish eat smaller fish.

Unlike some other compounds, radioactive cesium does not quickly sink to the sea bottom but remains dispersed in the water column, from the surface to the ocean floor. Fish can swim right through it, ingesting it through their gills, by taking in seawater or by eating organisms that have already taken it in.

Many commentators are saying it is two year old news. Which is true. These installations were built out of Vietnam War era specifications. Jesse Ventura did an expose on HAARP a while a go, and the youTube 's have all been taken down.

HAARP, or the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, was developed by international oil companies as a high-powered way to communicate with submarines utilizing extremely low frequency (ELF) radio waves to penetrate the ocean. When the U.S. military realized its potency, it bought HAARP.

Jesse Ventura in his new TV show Conspiracy Theory investigates HAARP which is housed in a massive 35 acre, 180 tower complex in Gakona, AK. The antennas can shoot 3.6 million watts of powerful radio waves into the uppermost part of the Earth's atmosphere, heating it up and creating irregularities that cause the ionosphere to bounce the radio signals back to the ground. I watched the episode on Animal Planet last night. It was a doozy. Fake, but a doozy of a dossier.

On “Mermaids: The New Evidence,” Animal Planet revisited its documentary about the existence of mermaids from last year, “Mermaids: The Body Found.” Biologist Dr. Paul Robertson returned with what appeared to be brand new footage of the alleged mythical creatures, allegedly taken this spring in the Greenland Sea.
Viewers were glued to the TV watching the new special, getting “Mermaids: The New Evidence” trending on Twitter.
But the whole thing is a hoax — the original documentary was revealed to be staged. Discovery, Animal Planet’s parent company, described the program as “science fiction” based on “scientific theory.”
The executive producer of “Mermaids: The New Evidence” told the Mother Nature Network that he wanted people to think it was real — that’s why they made it look like a documentary.
And The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration maintains, “Mermaids: The New Evidence” is just entertainment. Its website reads: “No evidence of aquatic humanoids has ever been found. Why, then, do they occupy the collective unconscious of nearly all seafaring peoples? That’s a question best left to historians, philosophers, and anthropologists.”

Giant Lobster Dropped Off At Maine Aquarium - Portland News Story - WMTW Portland:

WEST BOOTHBAY HARBOR, Maine -- The Maine State Aquarium in West Boothbay Harbor says it has received a giant lobster weighing 27 pounds.
Aquarium officials said the lobster was brought in on Monday by a member of the Maine Marine Patrol.
They believe a shrimp dragger accidentally caught the lobster. Aquarium officials are still trying to figure out the exact details.
The lobster is the largest one ever brought to the aquarium.

Proposed Missouri Amendment Would Protect Hunting Rights
U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance
Missouri --(AmmoLand.com)- A new legislative proposal in Missouri begins the process of amending the state constitution to make it more difficult for the animal rights groups to attack hunting, fishing, and trapping at the ballot box. [SOURCE]

House Joint Resolution 76, introduced by Representative Mike Dethrow (R-Alton), would require a four-sevenths majority vote to pass any ballot issue dealing with hunting, fishing, or trapping to become state law.

Currently, these types of ballot measures only require a simple majority vote to pass. Both chambers of the legislature must pass the measure before the amendment is put before voters on November’s ballot.

The "antis" [Anti's] often go to the ballot box when they are unable to sway lawmakers into passing anti-hunting, fishing, and trapping measures. In their attempt to ban hunting, these ballot campaigns often aim to misinform voters by using emotional rhetoric instead of scientific facts.

Nationally, many losses by sportsmen at the ballot would have been prevented if a four-sevenths majority or slightly over 57 percent were needed.

Ammo Land distributes "This amendment would go a long way toward protecting Missouri sportsmen from these types of attacks."

“Increasing the percentage of votes required to pass anti-hunting laws at the ballot box would make it much more difficult for the antis to take away our rights,” said Doug Jeanneret, vice president of marketing for the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance (USSA). “Sportsmen need to let their legislators know that they overwhelmingly support this amendment.” [read entire page HERE]
