MooPig Trend Spotter Department :: "THE INTERNET OF EVERYTHING 2014"

IoT, Internet of Things
Several mashed articles by Pat Darnell  |  Mar 1, 2014  |  Bryan  TX

[Picture LINK] After Discovery Channel acquired TLC and began to invest in first-run programming, we knew that Connections, with James Burke was a knockout concept, had been a winner in the PBS system in the late 70's, and still had a core of devoted fans.

There was a BBC Tele series on many years ago called Connections, and was hosted by James Burke. It's idea is: "...Connections explores an Alternative View of Change (the subtitle of the series) that rejects the conventional linear and teleological view of historical progress. Burke contends that one cannot consider the development of any particular piece of the modern world in isolation ... The series was noted for Burke's crisp and enthusiastic presentation...and dry humour, historical re-enactments, and intricate working models. (1978 Top Documentary Films. no date. LINK) ..."

Our Internet of Things has a gestalt-like path, more like a perfect Project Management example, where every task is connected to every other task. The ultimate Project Management Job: from earth dust to stalwart rigs, a completely interconnected human made super electrified supply chain, that feeds on itself eternally, is built.

THE INTERNET OF EVERYTHING: 2014 [SLIDE DECK] SAI - Business Insider: "The age of Internet ubiquity has arrived. The world is moving beyond standalone devices into a new era where everything is connected. We've created a slideshow highlighting the key trends and forecasts for the entire Internet-connected ecosystem, including connected TVs, connected cars, wearable computing devices, and all of the consumer and business tools that will soon be connected to the "Internet Of Things.""

'via Blog this'
Side note: "...The Business Insider site editors vary greatly in background. Henry Blodget, a Yale graduate who previously worked on Wall Street, then was fined $2,000,000 as part of a civil suit for fraud, and another $2,000,000 in disgorgement, and being censured and barred from the securities industry by the Securities and Exchange Commission,[10] is the CEO and Editor-In-Chief of Business Insider. [y ikki peed ya. LINK ] ..."

One has to wonder, eh, wouldn't an Electro-Magnetic-Pulse Bomb take out our entire electronic configuration? So why is everything being based on an electronic controls scheme?
"...[E]lectromagnetic pulses are the ultimate weapon against anything electronic — from telephone wires to the power grid to the computer chips that control cars, planes, and smartphones. Weaponized EMPs generally come in two forms: nuclear and non-nuclear. Non-nuclear EMPs are fairly weak, on the order of one million times weaker than their nuclear counterparts, ...the nuke distorts Earth’s magnetic field, basically ... (Sebastian Anthony on November 7, 2013. LINK) ..."
CONCLUSION
The conclusion to this bit is the story itself. MooPig Everything is Everything Department has suggested that humanity has finally imploded at its current 7 billion strong benchmark. Implosion in this case means "making the world smaller."

Also, in conclusion, the video series Connections with James Burke is still just about the most entertaining, and intertwining, non-fiction production that now can be viewed online by everyone in the world.

And, in conclusion, a censured and barred huckster guilty of fraud on Wall Street, Henry Blodget is CEO of Business Insider, a superb example of internet journalism.

That in conclusion would lead military of super power nations to develop Electromagnetic Pulse Bombs as a means of securing their own developments of Internet of Things.

MooPig Hegelian Dialectic Department :: "Rothschild's Solution"

Economic Viral Porn
Juxtaposed by Pat Darnell  |  Mar 15, 2013  |  Bryan TX
The Rothschilds are one of the wealthiest of the ruling class bloodlines and share the biggest piece of the global tax and land plunder with the Merovingian bloodline, then with the Rockefellers following close behind. The primary way that the Rothschild bloodline has maintained their control, is through monopolizing the money supplies of entire countries. This allows them to covertly extract wealth from billions of people through their governments without them even realizing it.

Another Rothschild Comes Forward to Speak on The Economy…Is this the Hegelian Dialectic Researchers Predicted? | Intellihub.com: "For years activists and researchers have been predicting that the ruling class would begin coming out of the shadows when the world was on the verge of economic collapse, to offer the preplanned solution to the problem that they themselves created."
" ... Interestingly enough, in the past week two different members of the Rothschild family have come forward in rare media appearances and editorials to give their comments on the global financial crisis and its implications. They have not yet announced the establishment of a one world currency or massive tax hikes yet, but that’s what many are expecting. Right now though, it seems as if they are just getting warmed up to the media and setting the tone for future political action. (JG VIBES. January 4, 2013. LINK) ... "
'via Blog this'
Did you realize that every time MooPig Wisdom publishes a post it is hastening Hegel's dialectic? "Hegel's Dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action."

We think we are stepping outside of the box, when we are actually promoting a sort of a pinball table game of reasoning. It helps in eventual dictatorship of the "proletariat" to bind ourselves within the dialectic.
" ... The only way to completely stop the privacy invasions, expanding domestic police powers, land grabs, insane wars against inanimate objects and transient verbs, covert actions, and outright assaults on individual liberty, is to step outside the dialectic. (Niki Raapana and Nordica Friedrich. October 2005. LINK) ..."
In a recent movie, Julia Roberts, playing the part of a college professor, turns to her colleague and asks: "Do you ever wake up in the morning and realize your whole life is a fraud?" (paraphrased. Larry Crowne.  LINK . 2011.)  How to be part of something, but, not be a part of something? "Dialogues and consensus-building are primary tools of the dialectic, and terror and intimidation are also acceptable formats for obtaining the goal. (ibid. Raapana)"

Everyone is a schmuck, in the dialectic world. And because the law of attraction overwhelms human beings, we fall in love with each others' conversations. YIKES!!
" ... Today the dialectic is active in every political issue that encourages taking sides. We can see it in environmentalists instigating conflicts against private property owners, in democrats against republicans, in greens against libertarians, in communists against socialists, in neo-cons against traditional conservatives, in community activists against individuals, in pro-choice versus pro-life, in Christians against Muslims, in isolationists versus interventionists, in peace activists against war hawks. No matter what the issue, the invisible dialectic aims to control both the conflict and the resolution of differences, and leads everyone involved into a new cycle of conflicts. (ibide. Raapana) ... "

So, back to the dialectic: "How about that Bears', Packers' game?"

Branes, M-Theory, String Theory, and Eleven Dimensions PART TWO

Unfortunately, no one seems to know what "M" stands for; it could be "master", "miracle" or "mystery"
Retrieved for Edumacational Porpoises by Pat Darnell and iHerd

In the 1980s there appeared a new theory that looked promising – superstrings.

[EXCERPT] " ... Why is there something rather than nothing? Why do we exist? Why this particular set of laws and not some other? It is these "ultimate questions of life" that Hawking's now sets out to answer, with the help of the American physicist and science writer Leonard Mlodinow, in his fascinating new book The Grand Design (Bantam). Philosophers have traditionally tackled such questions, while most physicists have stayed well clear from addressing the "why" of things and concentrated instead on the "how". [SOURCE] ... "

While some people are getting married, and while others are finishing their educations; while ministers are leading their flocks, and while cowboys are riding large big dumb animals bareback [who says they are dumb...] -- Stephen Hawking tries to finish up his Theory of Everything. Says Mr Hawking:
" ... "To understand the universe at the deepest level, ... we need to know not only how the universe behaves, but why." He believes that "philosophy is dead" because it failed to keep up with the latest developments, especially in physics. ... (ibid)"
It gets more and more like World Without End, as we approach possible proofs to new theories. It looks also like there may be no need to explain God, because to know God is to start over... Adam and Eve were God's children but started again when cast out of Paradise. God just is -- like the scripture says.

Paradise to these guys, Hawking and the rest, is in knowing. Elvis might have been the first to understand the nexus in this argument ... but forgot about it in his final blow; and that is the price we pay to be humans. He was all shook up, and that hound dog weren't no friend of his. But he does represent faith to many folks; hopefully the World will leap forward in faith too.
"M-theory is not a theory in the usual sense," admits Hawking. "It is a whole family of different theories, each of which is a good description of observations only in some range of physical situations. It is a bit like a map."
In A Brief History of Time, Hawking said that a scientific theory "may originally be put forward for aesthetic or metaphysical reasons, but the real test is whether it makes predictions that agree with observations". Report from the Middle :: Converging Arguments

A more Special Relativity
by Pat Darnell

"I am by heritage a Jew, by citizenship a Swiss, and by makeup a human being, and only a human being, without any special attachment to any state or national entity whatsoever. " (Eisnstein, Albert. Letter to Alfred Kneser; 7 June 1918; Doc. 560 in The Collected Papers of Albert Einstein, Vol. 8)

Bryan TX, 05.04.2010 | Call it what you want, convergence, theories of everything, or just plan everything is everything. The truth is out there, and actually it is inside you and me.

The greatest accomplishment of our computer age is the mapping of the human genome. Genetic jumps can be detected now that we have a molecular makeup of our selves.

The second greatest advent in our otherwise meager lives is our capability to see and detect distant celestial events via Hubble, and, International Space Station. It has become a commonplace routine for smart, well-trained people to catch a space shuttle up to the ISS, and check out what bothers and stimulates their querying mental processes.

A trip to the ISS, seeing first-hand all that magnified, unfathomable, spectacle, while detached from earth, floating weightless, certainly is the most wonderful thing a person of cranium unrest can have today. This juice, once blended in converging arguments, must make for some Grade AAA pre-frontal cerebellum Mohave mojo.

It is what Hawking has tried to express: Theory of Everything, or TOE. It is the first time mankind in its present state has posed a theory that connects the infinitely small with the infinitely large. Unification theory and the connection was the theory Einstein was pondering in his final years.

Two ideas expressed in modern times in converging arguments come to mind:
1. Arthur C. Clarke formulated the following three "laws" of prediction:
  • When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right. When he states that something is impossible, he is probably wrong.
  • The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible.
  • Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. (Arthur C. Clarke. essay "Hazards of Prophecy: The Failure of Imagination", in Profiles of the Future, 1962)
2. "The most incomprehensible thing about our existence is that it is comprehensible." *(Einstein)

Physics - Infinitely small as well as infinitely large (SOURCE)

I say mankind in its present state: did you notice that one? The HISTORY Channel has a show "Ancient Aliens" where it argues we have been cousins to extra-terrestrial beings for most of our history, starting with ancient civilizations. Evidences in cartouche made by ancient artisans, or scribes, show us hanging out with spacemen visitors, in eras 50,000 years ago. "What if life on earth began in outer space?" asks the show.

We are not alone in this universe. We are not alone in two universes. To believe in a narrow band of human existence has become, shall we say: "old school?" HISTORY Channel has rattled my tree many times. It now has rattled me with this show: Ancient Aliens. Where's the proof?
"When I examine myself and my methods of thought I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing positive knowledge."
(Einstein, Albert. Cited as conversation between Einstein and János Plesch in János: the story of a doctor. 1947, János Plesch, trans. Edward FitzGerald, Pub. V. Gollancz.)
Technology from an advanced human race can be a real attention getter. And there is no lack of wonder in the human cerebellum. Humans wonder about everything; everything from origin of things, to termination of things, and life, and is the quest of every mother's son, father's daughter, and their dogs. Still with me?
"Whether you can observe a thing or not depends on the theory which you use. It is the theory which decides what can be observed." (Eisenstein, Albert. Objecting to the placing of observables at the heart of the new quantum mechanics, during Heisenberg's 1926 lecture at Berlin; related by Heisenberg, quoted in Unification of Fundamental Forces. 1990. by Abdus Salam ISBN 0521371406)
Converging arguments appear every time humans dicker about things of utmost largeness, and things uttermost small... do you agree? This is why this is all about a more special relativity. We should be most grateful to have these amazing avenues to travel to greater understanding, available right now; open book.

Unfortunately, on the fringes is a lot of head banging and eating of sand. Why the human race acts at this time of all times like goats in the mists, belays our duty, hangs our judgement, and thwarts any efforts for peace.

The infinitely large is directly attached to the infinitely small. There, it is said. Now look for it!
"Our experience hitherto justifies us in trusting that nature is the realization of the simplest that is mathematically conceivable. I am convinced that purely mathematical construction enables us to find those concepts and those lawlike connections between them that provide the key to the understanding of natural phenomena. Useful mathematical concepts may well be suggested by experience, but in no way can they be derived from it. Experience naturally remains the sole criterion of the usefulness of a mathematical construction for physics. But the actual creative principle lies in mathematics. Thus, in a certain sense, I take it to be true that pure thought can grasp the real, as the ancients had dreamed." (Einstein, Albert. from On the Method of Theoretical Physics, p. 183. The Herbert Spencer Lecture, delivered at Oxford. 10 June 1933. Quoted in Einstein's Philosophy of Science)
I do not want the peace that passeth understanding. I want the understanding which bringeth peace. ~ Helen Keller

* NOTE:
The most incomprehensible thing about the world is that it is comprehensible.
While this often-quoted version is given in Einstein: A Biography (1954) by Antonina Vallentin, p. 24, as from Einstein's article "Physics and Reality" in Journal of the Franklin Institute (March 1936), in the actual article "Physics and Reality," reprinted in Out of My Later Years (1956), the quote is:
"One may say "the eternal mystery of the world is its comprehensibility." (This rendition reads as if he is quoting or paraphrasing the statement of someone else — perhaps Immanuel Kant, whom he cites in the next sentence.)
Other variants:
"The eternal mystery of the world is its comprehensibility… The fact that it is comprehensible is a miracle."
"One may say the eternal mystery of the world is its comprehensibility."
As quoted in Disturbing the Universe (1979), by Freeman Dyson Ch. 5
"The most incomprehensible thing about the world is that it is at all comprehensible."

MooPig Welcomes you to Syllabic syndicate consort... Or a game of Hang Man, sort of

MooPig's Lesson Plan Department
Subject: Paradox of the Paramecium as a single cell thing

Assumptions: Assume no Socio-political factors, and Cultural differences do not factor. And let’s just conjure up a fantasy that every-thing in the known universe enjoys playing “Hangman” in some capacity.

Also assume there actually is a theory of everything, TOE, posing as a singularity for our universe, and that rules of hangman apply throughout, no deviations.

So you have a hang man game for the hang paramecium. The single cell has no limbs so the word in play can only be a single item. Could it be a single letter as traditional hang man goes, or is it a single syllable, or is it part of a singularity theorem of single cell-ism? Start Playing:

"Let's see... ummm... 'S'?"

"Nope."

"Squeeeeky... gleeeeck.. zzz.. phhht!"

"Thwummmp!"

Oops; the paramecium is already hung. Any next step will be disastrous, because it will alter either the game rules or the critter's carnage. Complications are eminent: as the game and the subject start to lose their purity of form and function in time and space.

Questions:

  1. If placed in a noose, the paramecium alone cannot tolerate more than one move in the game?
  2. Does a paramecium ever have extra stuff, like limbs or flanges, that can be added to keep it alive on the gallows, while the game is played out?
  3. Do parameciums ever get together in a conjugal, creative way to maybe keep the game going by joining forces before dying?
  4. Besides leaving us mystified, confused and bewildered, what is the solution, Hoosier?

Discussion -- What is most important:
Yes and no, so the discussion will go. Between just us, can you imagine the conjecture around this ridiculous scheme if this ever leaked out to usgov.com? [do you think.. naw] I believe in the end wrap up when the TOE comes due, there will be many gaps in the body of knowledge left by all us humans, I mean as in "large chunks" missing. Our BOK, body of knowledge, is a body of unfinished business, for sure.

Conclusion: Hanging paramecium is commuted to a sentence of life with parole, not just because it was a hung jury, the judge reputedly is jung as well.

Postscript: Okay, so what? Well, it is this kind of thinking that always gets me into trouble with my friends and family. At this point they are collectively saying: "Why are you wasting our time with this Bull Crappe?" [I can actually hear them in my head right now!]

So instead of continuing with the stale, over-extended, mantra “Everything Matters” I am adopting in my old age a slicker LaSalle Street adage: “Everything that Matters.” It is now an exploration of finding what’s most important today, which is in most cases is the ability to determine "what." I euphemistically think you know what I'm steering toward --

What..

  • draws your attention..
  • core developments are powering change..
  • greases the gears..
  • stops the erosion?

That's my report from the middle, where thin is out, fat is in, and none of us are bi-coastal. >pd

T.O.E. -- Theory of Everything

Opinions / Editorials on Sunday
by Pat Darnell

I think, and am of the opinion, our Universe tends toward order. Its tendency is to be in a state of potential category, within a vacuum, reduced as a lowest common denominator. In the end our universe is a very massive single point of all forces bundled in a conserved material-energy orbiting in singularity, very ordered and very ambiguous.

I am posting to suggest Life in our universe on the other hand opposes universe rules, and is an abnormal state of affairs. For life to exist it has to be covered by forces that are ultimately unnatural to our universe's physics and combinations of materials, energies and methods. Life is exception to the rules.

In this theory is my discovered reason for existence that baffles most. We mathematize our realm that sustains our life, we try to balance the equation, when in fact we are not a balanced equation. Chaos actually is the reason for life. Water for instance in its natural state is a solid: it is ice. Methane in its natural state is a cloud hanging in a climate of swirling gases that can be found plentifully in gas giants' atmospheres. Life in its natural state is actually dormant, riding pieces of planets in vast space, hanging in there for chaos to rule.

http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2007/04may_methaneblast.htm
http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/sepp/2005/02/01/global_warming_methane_could_be_far_worse_than_carbon_dioxide.htm

This opinion reverses traditional thinking of humans, as a converse argument. As humankind has for all its history sought to find life elsewhere manifest as itself, it has proven that itself is the exception of the rules of its universe.

Forces that pertain to human life sustained for any period of time on earth are: magnetic fields, water in liquid form at a specific ratio of 68%, and food chain in abundance. Besides physical phenomenon, is unseen spiritual forces, faith, hope and of course love. Faith is a force of life that pushes us to embark on our missions.

Okay now say you -- 'I have put too much out here, or I am asking too much for any one to accept a theory way too over-simplified.' "Don't be ridiculous!" you say. I had that opinion for most of my life. For humans to believe in the unseen, for humans to see their existence as based on chaos, rather than static relationships with nature, goes against all our invention.

I base this different way of looking at human coexistence on simple verse in brother John's good book: 3:16. "For God so loved the world, ... " It has come to my attention at fifty-two years age, what is really being said here has more to do with the efforts God has made in providing a "World" our Earth, and he loves this world a great deal.

Also, in final regards, God so loves this creation World, he gives and gives and gives. All who believe in things he, she, or we cannot see will soon receive the whole picture with eyes and ears and feelings previously unavailable while existing on Earth.

Yes, yet another gift for us to receive: talk about the 'Energizer' never stops going... someone sure needs to advertise a universe that keeps on existing, and the Creator of it who nevers quits giving.

I call this getting real. It seems others tend to think the obsession in life is the love of life, I think it has more to do with the gifts we are given while alive, and how we appreciate them. Love is not obsession. Love is patient, kind and not jealous. There is no set of law against love and the rules that pertain to it. There are laws against obsession... called restraining orders!

My reaction to my own discovery is of late I ask those things that have been taken from my family and friends, and enemies in life, be returned in full to all of them. In this conservative prayer of mine, I have hope and I will imagine those who may have lost their gifts in earlier chaotic years of their lives are receiving blessings later.

Such as: later years of a long life on Earth should be a blessing. You will be able in my imagined second time around to appreciate benefit of a Universe entirely fashioned to sustain you, by surrounding your place on Earth with material-energy and spiritual blessings: built entirely for you to love as the Creator loves it.

In conclusion: My theory is this -- 'the entire Universe that expands around Earth is actually all built just for us, so we may receive the blessing of living here.' God's efforts are immense in this cause: For it is written in scripture God so loved the World , that would be Earth -- He has given his only son, so any who believes in this gift has a generous portion of life yet to live, even after one's departure from present conditions on Earth.
