Actually Pat, winner doesn't take all in this match. If Romania beat Holland it won't matter what happens in this game: Romania and Holland will go through.
Given that Romania beat Holland twice in qualification, and Holland may rest players since they're already through, it's not out of the realms of possibility.
A lot of my friends think both World Cup finalists could be going out today...

Considering the grizzly determination of Romania and its pick of the litter from "no prisoners" Moldova, I am not surprised at the tension brewing in all corners.
