Silvio Berlusconi is the leader of the Forza Italia party in Italy, and has been the Prime Minister, PM, of Italy three times. The 74 year old Prime Minister, Berlusconi, is not due to retire or run again for PM until 2013. However, he is failing on many fronts in Italian politics.

December 13, 2010, Berlusconi has become an extremely polarizing figure in Italian politics, thanks to his proclivity for making massive, somewhat insulting gaffes directed at women, minorities, or really anyone who comes within eyesight of the man.Burlesconi is inefficacious "as unemployment has crept up." He is inexpedient with systemic "problems such as the chronic garbage crisis in Naples." His leadership is ineffectual as this crisis has gone unresolved. "It has chipped away at his authority."
