CONCLUSION
The issue is "Did we torture or did we not torture?" There is no middle ground for this activity so loved by Cheney and Dubya, Rumsfeld and Rice. Torture is still amoral, up there with cannibalism, and only in America could these people get away with it, is what we are telling the world?
If I were Dubya, Cheney or the others I would drink myself blind and shoot myself. But that won't happen. So, more questions are raised than can be answered.

Since the Bushes are so successfully entrenched in the oil business as transplanted Texans, we could conclude that all of Texans follow the Bushes' model of business ethics, or Sans-ethics in this case. Whoa there partner, does that include everyone in the oil business from Texas?

When this war dragged on past Dubya Bush's speech when he said the US has prevailed in the Battle of Iraq; his speech given from the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, it awoke a beast in me. I did not know that I would have such hatred for a president as I did on that day. Now years later, in the wake of our Iraqi occupation, I think Dubya was standing on the stern of the carrier. Secondly, the "Bain Game" played by Romney: when he left the management consulting firm, Bain and Company in 1989 to form his own company, of which he was the President, CEO and the sole stockholder, the name of his new company was "Bain Capital."
What? He left Bain and Company to form Bain Capital, a corporation with no legal ties to his former boss, Bill Bain?
As the President, CEO and sole stockholder of Bain Capital, Romney could write checks, contracts, audits -- he could do anything without ever having to explain anything to anyone about what went on at that company.
He had specifically set up Bain Capital in such a way that he could operate in complete secrecy. Why?
On July 19, 2012, the Los Angeles Times reported that Mitt Romney's super-secret Bain Capital had managed to pay out the staggeringly unreal average yearly return of 173% to its investors -- for over a decade!
Most of the funds which investors put into Bain Capital were channeled through corporations set up in Panama, long known to be a haven of secretive banking -- and of cocaine money laundering.
The State Department officially refers to Panama as the "Primary repository and conduit for Colombian and Mexican narco-trafficking cartels."
