It's difficult to think of DOOM all day long. I was thinking of maybe taking DAY THREE off from blogging, give it a rest, think about constructive things. You know, maybe the torrents of Hell can wait.
Lots of friends and relatives are going about their regular lives, spending their days pretty much as usual. Births, deaths, and sickness, and weather, provides all the drama needed in daily walk about's.
But do I really want to miss a day in the count down to "who knows what" about to happen, or not happen, as in "hasn't it already happened" dozens of times before -- for millennia?
Heck, sure is quiet when you stop to think about flowers, icy, cold, mornings, and stars.

Okay; let's soak first
For Lowell George
What fills the heart is felt to make amends,
Until the flooded heart can no more choose
Release than never sing its staggered blues.
I wish you had not found such special friends.
At thirty-four, at three a.m., in bed,
Of overweight, helped on by dope and booze,
Before your talent bored you, you were dead.
Some of what's wrong and what's right...with Africa and America.
Continent ravaged by disease and greed and poverty...visually beautiful; internally distressed.
Continent ravaged by greed and too many pills and excess..beautiful to see and no one wants to leave.
The children always are the victims and suffer the wrath of the demons loosed.
The children learn bad things from the ones who don't pay attention to great knowledge without great responsibility.
"people just want to be free"
Brother waxes poetic... very nice.
