MooPig Cage Match #42.1 :: "Aspartame vs Splenda"
"Negative Side Effects of Aspartame"
"First approved by the FDA in 1980, aspartame was designed as a low-calorie sugar substitute to help you cut calories while still sweetening your foods and beverages. However, shortly after being released, a flood of complaints about aspartame came in. Aspartame has been shown to cause headaches, nausea and even seizures in some people. Further studies on aspartame have also indicated that it could cause you to go blind in one or both of your eyes, suffer from heart palpitations and even become depressed or go throughout extreme bouts of anxiety. Further, aspartame is known to cause a variety of issues in your brain. These are just some of the negative side effects of aspartame."

"Negative Side Effects of Splenda [Sucralose]"
"Splenda was created as a no-calorie artificial sweetener that was supposed to help you cut sugar out of your diet altogether. Studies have been done on Splenda to show that it may not be all its cracked up to be, either. For example, Splenda is made by using chlorine. While there are only small traces of chlorine found in Splenda, some studies have suggested that this could be harmful to the body if you use it regularly for a long period of time. It can also cause weight gain by tricking your body when you eat foods and drink beverages that contain Splenda in them. It tricks your body into thinking you're not full when you really are and, as a result, you overeat. Some other studies have suggested that aggression in young children may be the result of them eating and drinking Splenda. Because of these side effects, Splenda has also gotten a bad name."

CONCLUSION
Without access to primary research documents, this cage match is a draw. Both sweeteners "appear" to be dangerous to the human body. They both inhibit and thwart the body's metabolism, but so does regular refined sugar.

MooPig Brain Industries :: "Drugs"
Retrieved by Pat Darnell | Jan 11, 2014 | Bryan TX
Jan 22, 2014... UPDATE: Read entire Democracy NOW article HERE ...
[Picture LINK] " ... I'm glad I have the life that I have, because I can think. I will be relevant in terms of the public discourse on an issue that I care about. ..."
Often times regular people find extraordinary lives to live. That is, Carl Hart rebounded from his hard knocks childhood to become a professor and sensational researcher.
" ... While Hart may have escaped the hood, it has never escaped his mind. Through his drug research, he has endeavored to address the issues facing marginalized black communities like his own — though his own understanding of those issues has evolved. "I thought that I was going to solve the problem of drug addiction," he told the New York Times. "But it turns out that drug addiction wasn't the biggest problem; the biggest problem, I found out, was actually drug policy." (Gabriel Grand. December 2, 2013. LINK) ... "Read the Entire Article about Carl Hart's book High Price, HERE:
Meet Carl Hart, the Scientist Debunking America's Myths About Drugs - PolicyMic: "GG: Your findings went against what scientists were saying in the late '90s. Did you feel any pushback from the scientific community?
CH: That study ran in 2000, and it mostly went unnoticed! Back then, science was enamoured with the brain, but we didn't have any brain imaging in the study, so we were met with, "Who cares?" I did a subsequent study with methamphetamine addicts — same results. But they just ignored it! Only now has that study received some attention, in part because of my book."
'via Blog this'
CONCLUSION
Carl Hart's interview speaks much on enlightening young people on the use of drugs. Instead of setting them up to think "they have to be perfect, flawless, with no bad habits" which is ludicrous, rather teach them to know the truth about all these amply available drugs. "We teach young people to use seat belts when they drive, to use condoms when sexually active, so why don't we teach the truth about using drugs (paraphrased)?"
Carl Hart is imagining a culture that doesn't just spout off axioms, slogans, platitudes, and beatitudes, but actually goes further and describes the real reasons behind the rules. Our present societal norms create young people who like himself, Carl Hart:
"... I wasn't questioning things, and I wasn't learning how to think critically. I did what I was told to do in my environment. It may not have been consistent with the mainstream, but it was normal in my context.(ibid. Gabriel Grand.)..."However, in his quest to think and be critical, Carl Hart manages to go beyond the typical slogans, Just Say No, and guide others to a more logical attitude toward drug use.

The Organic Approach: Billboard in Peru Produces Water out of Thin Air: "It works like this: the billboard is designed the way that it captures moisture from the air and puts it through a reverse osmosis system, turning it into drinking water which is then stored in 20 liter tanks. It is capable of providing drinking water for hundreds of families per month."

Um, lets get this straight, you're not paying for a natural resource when you pay your water bill, you are paying for the company and infrastructure that is delivering the water to you. In this video, a company has decided to pay the price so the community (which is unable to purify their water) has safe drinking water. Its a really cool thing. Also if you want free water, get it yourself, dig a well, and pump it out (just letting you know you'll have to pay for electricity to pump your well) ... "

MooPig Water Department :: "Potentially Drinkable Water"
Conjoined articles by Pat Darnell | June 9, 2013 | Bryan TX
[Picture LINK]
Pretty soon we will have to book a flight to Mars to get a drink of fresh, unadulterated, water.
Recently on Mars, the ten year old mission record breaking NASA's Opportunity, discovered what "Scientists believe ... a lot of water once flowed through these rocks through some sort of fracture, leaving an unusually high concentration of clay. (Agence France Presse. Jun. 8, 2013. LINK)"
In a temperate climate, on Earth, adequate intake of water for males is about 13 cups, and for females it is about 9 cups a day. Water makes up 60% of the adult's body weight. To keep your eyes, ears, and, throat moist, like they are supposed to be, requires adequate intake.
So at an average of 10.5 cups per human times 7 billion, ... [cursor blink, blink, |...|...|...] ... That's 73500000000 cups of water a day across Earth.
A note from USGS web page: "...Data compilation for the report Estimated Use of Water in the United States in 2010 had a delayed start in Fall 2011. Report completion and data availability are not expected until 2014. ... "
Potentially Drinkable Water Found On Mars - Business Insider: ""This is powerful evidence that water interacted with this rock and changed its chemistry, changed its mineralogy in a dramatic way," said principal investigator Steve Squyres of Cornell University. He described the research as "some of the most important" of the decade-long mission because it showcases a very different chemistry than most of the previous discoveries about water on Mars, which is now quite dry."
It makes evidence for the argument that there was water on Mars with balanced ph, "water that you could drink" about a billion years ago. But from this rock formation Opportunity has found "prebiotic" water, moisture that could support life forms.
"Opportunity and its twin rover Spirit launched in 2003 and landed in January 2004 for what was initially meant to be a three-month exploration. Both discovered evidence of wet environments on ancient Mars. (Agence France Presse. Jun. 8, 2013. LINK) ..."'via Blog this'
CONCLUSION
No water; no life.
The most pristine body of water on Earth is a lake in Australia. Scientists claim it is untouched by climate change for the last 7500 years. (Weather Channel. Jun 5, 2013. LINK)
" ... Blue Lake on Stradbroke Island, which lies off the south Queensland coast of Australia ... The water here is so pure that the bottom of the nearly 33-ft.-deep lake is visible from the surface. ... "Earth's population would drink that lake dry in one day, okay maybe in a week ... but you get the drift. Again, no water; no life.

10 Modern Methods of Mind Control | TruthTheory: "The more one researches mind control, the more one will come to the conclusion that there is a coordinated script that has been in place for a very long time with the goal to turn the human race into non-thinking automatons. For as long as man has pursued power over the masses, mind control has been orchestrated by those who study human behavior in order to bend large populations to the will of a small “elite” group."

Probably the most "insidious" method of mind control is the practice of conscripting youth into the fascist and hive mindsets... commonly used by regimes that are less free than the West. But as a nation who spouts grandiose about our freedoms, we are closing in fast with our own fascism similar of others.
Yet, in America we have a "dumbing down" in our educational institutions that has no rivals. We have limited our youth to a life behind the veil of half-truths, or no truth at all. Click on this LINK to see a pdf of The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America.
