Ever wanted to live past 100? Well look no further than Clara Meadmore, a woman who proudly celebrated her 106th birthday this weekend. So how did she do it? Well she puts that secret down to living a life without sex!
Meadmore, a retired secretary, claims that when she was young it was known that if she wanted to have sex then that meant getting married…and bless her she never wanted any of that to happen.
“I have just never been interested in sex”, she says. “I imagine there is a lot of hassle involved and I have always been busy doing other things.”
Good advice if you want to lead a sex free and perhaps, tongue in cheek, stress free life!

lol well this makes things confusing i heard more times that sex can be good for you and i with me it makes me lose alot of my stress especially after orgasm. Sure its true that sex can cause problems especially if you cant get what you want lol but it can also heal anyway you decide i think being stress free helps dnt think it was to do with the sex

I had run a blurb on Old Age, What’s the Secret? “of Tuti Yusupowa, 128 years old, in a village in Karakalpakistan in a remote region of Uzbekistan Jan. 28, 2009. Yusupowa, who was born on July 1, 1880, is the world’s oldest woman… ” a year ago, and a commentor on that post sent me to last year's headline of Clara.I am happy to hear Miss Meadmore has had yet another birthday.
