Home schooling is far superior to public education now days since there is so much available to kids outside of the school environment that spurs their interests. Those who can quickly master curriculum objectives need to move on and move out to pursue their most fulfilling and rewarding educational disciplines. Too many students burn out in high school due to boredom. Home schooling with willing and involved parents can provide kids with the impetous to really excel in their chosen fields. This post on home schooling is exciting. I love private schools and home schooling for the most attention to individual students. As I have commented before, the class sizes in public schools are too large. Teachers are strapped by incredible stressors. Home school is about as good as it can get for kids; these parents truly care.
I forwarded your comment to Pat2 ... he has chosen home schooling for his last three years of high school. It seems to be working. We are enrolled in the K12 Texas Online School.
